Roxana’s appeal took place on Sunday and lasted five hours. A verdict is expected this week.
Her father, Reza Saberi, wrote in an e-mail shared with the Free Roxana campaign that “We, the parents of Roxana, are looking forward to a satisfactory verdict, which may be annouced by the end of the week. Until then we hope for the best and thank all those who have had our daughter in their thoughts and prayers and have done all that they could to support her and ask for her freedom.”

Today, as Roxana’s case is reconsidered on appeal, the FreeRoxana hunger strike continues. Nearly 400 people around the globe have signed up to fast for a day for Roxana!
Twenty of those participants are fasting today. They’re going hungry in Israel, Canada and Italy, and in states including Florida, West Virginia and Hawaii.
Why are these supporters joining the fast?
